Is a genus of flowering plants belonging to Calenduleae,on of the smaller tribes of the sun flower/daisy family Asteraceae.
They are known as the daisy bushes of African daisies,it’s botanical name is Osteospermum.
These beautiful flowers produce a long lasting display from spring to frost. In hit summer climates, they bloom their head off from spring to early summer and stop to complete standstill during hot dry weather until the weather turns cool again in the fall.
Their petals are actually edible and the rest of the plant is generally tolerable, they grow best in full sun and they can grow in the light shade.
