BOUNGAINVILLEA.

Is a genus of thorny ornamental vines, bushes and trees belonging to the four o’clock family,Nyctaginaceae.

They see native to Brazil,Peru and Argentina, they are between 4 and 22 species in the genus.

The flowers alone or in combination with other medicinal plants have long been used in Mexican traditional medicines for the treatment of coughs and respiratory problems.

A related species B, globally has been found to have important properties as a botanical insecticide.
