Is a flowering bunch of tagetes tenuifolia or signet marigold with green leaves.

Marigold leaves are finely cut and fern-like, the foliage is a rich dark green and is often strongly scented making them deer resistant.

They have attractive yellow, orange or red composite flowers that are solitary on the stems or clustered.

The leaves are arranged opposite each other in the stem and are usually finely cut.

Marigold is beneficial as an antiseptic and an excellent remedy for wound treatment. The flowers and leaves of marigold have anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, antimicrobial and antiepileptic effects.
